I discendenti di Porzia Leognani Ferramosca

Scusi se scrivo in Inglese, ma non parlo Italiano molto bene. Però lo capisco un po, per favore scriva in Italiano.

My understanding is that the only child of Rinaldo Ferramosca (Ettore's father) to keep the name Ferramosca was Ettore's sister Porzia. She married Giovan Battista Leognani, and they decided to keep the combined surname Leognani Ferramosca for their children.

I believe that neither Ettore nor Cesare had children, and Guido & Isabella had only one daughter.

Now I am trying to trace the connection between Porzia's children to the Ferramosca families of today. There are about 30 (unconnected) Ferramosca families worldwide now (see http://www.ferramosca.com), and as far as I can tell no Leognani Ferramosca families. I believe "Leognani" was dropped sometime in the 1700's.

Porzia had three sons: Ettore, Cesare, Alfonso. As far as I know Ettore only had one daughter who married Cristoforo Albamonte. I am trying to find out whether Ettore, Cesare or Alfonso Leognani Ferramosca had any sons to perpetuate the Ferramosca name over the centuries.

Can anyone help with this information, or indeed show me where to go to find out more about these families?
